    EFFECTS OF DRINKING LOTS OF ENERGY DRINKS WITH CAFFEINE WHILE STUDYING


    Energy drinks, or rather, moderate amounts of caffeine in combination with sugar will boost your focus, and slightly improve your memory performance.

     However, lots of energy drinks leads to too much caffeine, and too much caffeine actually leads to poor memory.

     Of course, lots of caffeine will enable you to stay up, and pull that all-nighter if you must, but don't expect to remember everything you crammed that night, and you may also experience unpleasant side effects of too much caffeine such as jitters, anxiety, and even irregular heartbeat.

     So, stick to coffee with some sugar or one or two energy drinks if you must - energy drinks are not a substitute for good study habits, and are harmful to health in the long run.
